Having started on my own personal fitness journey with Community Gyms over four years ago as a client, I understand how big a challenge it can be and have a passion to help anyone on a similar journey in pursuit of a healthier and happier lifestyle.
I have a background of playing competitive sport; badminton, table tennis and netball, which have given me so many years of enjoyment. This, combined with my positive experience as a client at Community Gyms made me to want to give something back; so after firstly achieving my badminton coaching badge, I began to study for my fitness qualifications and have never looked back. To be able to make a difference in improving people’s health and wellbeing has been one of the best and most rewarding things I have ever done!
In the gym I like to work myself hard and love weight training and boxing, but I use a diverse range of training methods for my clients to suit their individual needs and aim to make each session challenging but fun. I strive to get the best out of all of my clients and hope to provide an experience that has my client leaving the gym happy and looking forward to their next session.
